Shipping Cost
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:
$9.90 shipping on all U.S. orders

Processing Time
Most of our products are made especially for you after you place your order, so please allow a little time for our printing paws to work their magic.
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
Some customized items may require up to 7 business days to prepare.
Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been made and shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
We'll do our best to get your goodies to you quickly, but unfortunately we can't make the postal cats run any faster. 🐈💨
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.
Please allow a little time for your carrier to update the tracking information after your package begins its journey.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@onemeowtwosouls.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once your order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Sometimes packages take an unexpected detour on their way to their forever home. 🐾
If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at hello@onemeowtwosouls.com with your order number and we'll help investigate.
