When you shop with us, we want to ensure that our delivery process is as efficient and painless as possible. That's why every day, we deliver orders from all over the world to hundreds of different customers in an effort make sure they receive their package promptly.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.
- Processing Time
Our items are stored in warehouses across the U.S and Asia. The time it takes for orders to be processed and shipped out can vary, but most packages will leave our warehouse within 1-3 days if they're located in the U.S or 3-5 days if they're held up at one of our warehouses in Asia.
Please note that customized items will take a slightly longer processing time of 3-7 days.
- Shipping Time
United States orders orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, it takes between 1-2 weeks for an order to arrive once it has been shipped from our distribution centers in America.
International orders are usually also dispatched within 1 week, but it can take up to 2-6 weeks for the package to be delivered due to longer shipping routes. Delivery times vary depending on what country you order from and which carrier is used.
We do not control delays caused by postal or logistical reasons; if this occurs please allow one additional week as we usually have very busy periods during certain times of the year, and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Covid-19 has caused major delays in shipping and we apologize for the inconvenience. We apologize for all of our customers who have to wait longer than expected. Although, shipping times will slowly get better as flights return back to normal levels!
