Welcome to One Meow Two Souls - a small independent brand created for people who know that having a cat isn't really having a pet.
It's sharing your bed with someone who takes up 80% of it. Finding fur in places fur has absolutely no business being. Holding entire conversations made exclusively of meows. And accepting that, somehow, the tiny creature living rent-free in your house is definitely in charge.
We get it. Because we're cat people too.
Hi, I'm Alina 👋
(Me and Cheddar, one of the current members of the One Meow Two Souls management team. His qualifications remain unclear.)
I'm Alina, the human behind One Meow Two Souls - graphic designer, professional cat servant, and the person responsible for all the questionable cat puns you'll find around here.
I was born into a family that already had cats, and I've loved them for as long as I can remember. They've always had a way of becoming a ridiculously important part of my life.
I created One Meow Two Souls because I wanted to combine two things I care deeply about: creating things that make people smile and helping cats who weren't lucky enough to be born into safe, loving homes.
But the real reason this little shop exists goes back to one very special cat. Her name was Beanie.

It Started With Beanie ❤️
Beanie came into my life as a tiny, desperately sick kitten I found at a remote gas station on a cold December day.
One Meow Two Souls was created in her memory.
Her story is deeply personal to me, so I've given it a page of its own — from the tiny kitten I found at that gas station to the wonderful cat she became, and why her life eventually became the reason behind what we're trying to do here.

Cat Shirts, But More Interesting
The creative idea behind One Meow Two Souls was pretty simple:
Cat apparel doesn't have to look like generic cat apparel.
I wanted to create shirts I'd genuinely want to wear myself - designs inspired by cats, but also by all the other things their humans love.
Books. Coffee. Gaming. Plants. Science. Space. Whiskey. Witchy things. Retro things. And, naturally, making your entire personality about your cat.
That's why the collections wander from cute and clever to nerdy, weird, retro, dark and occasionally completely ridiculous.
Basically, cat shirts for people who want something more interesting than just another cat shirt.
Made Differently
We're a small brand, and I like it that way.
Rather than mass-producing piles of shirts and hoping somebody buys them, our tees are made to order. That means we can avoid unnecessary inventory and focus instead on creating products we're genuinely happy to put our name on.
I deliberately chose Comfort Colors® 1717 tees because I'd rather use a shirt that feels good, wears beautifully and gets better with time than simply choose the cheapest blank available.
Soft, garment-dyed, lived-in and comfortable from day one - exactly the kind of tee I wanted these designs printed on.
Cats Helping Cats 🐾
Beanie was lucky when I found her.
But countless kittens are born every year into cruel places where there simply aren't enough shelters, rescuers, resources or effective population-control programs to help them.
And while we can't rescue every kitten after they're born, we can help create a future where fewer kittens are born into suffering in the first place.
That's why 10% of the profits from One Meow Two Souls are dedicated to helping fund spay and neuter efforts for stray and community cats, with a particular focus on places where local resources and government programs aren't enough.
We're a little shop, so we're starting small.
But every order makes that little contribution bigger.

There's something wonderfully strange about the relationship between a cat and their person.
They become part of our routines, our homes, our photographs and our stories. We learn all their weird little habits. They learn exactly how to manipulate us.
And somewhere along the way, they stop simply being an animal who lives in our house. They become part of who we are.
That's the little idea behind the name:
One Meow. Two Souls.
This brand began because of one little bean who changed my whole world.
And if something created in her memory can help make life a little better for other cats along the way, then I think Beanie would have left behind one hell of a legacy.
