👕 Our Tees
What kind of T-shirts do you use?
We print our designs on Comfort Colors® 1717 tees — soft, heavyweight, garment-dyed shirts with that wonderfully lived-in look and feel.
We chose them because we'd rather use a shirt we genuinely love than save a few dollars on a cheaper blank. They're comfortable, durable, and designed to get even better with wear.
How do your shirts fit?
Comfort Colors® 1717 tees have a relaxed, unisex fit.
For the best fit, we strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering — especially since everyone's idea of "oversized" or "fitted" is a little different.
Are your shirts made to order?
Yep! Your tee is produced especially for you after you place your order. This means we don't keep mountains of pre-printed shirts sitting around waiting for homes.
Making our tees to order helps us reduce unnecessary inventory and lets us focus on offering the quality and variety we want for One Meow Two Souls.
How are the designs printed?
Our shirts are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, where the design is printed directly onto the fabric.
It's particularly well suited to the detailed, colorful artwork you'll find throughout our collections and creates a soft print that becomes part of the garment rather than feeling like a big plastic layer sitting on top of it.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent every shirt and design as accurately as possible. However, colors can vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the garment-dye process.
Part of the charm of Comfort Colors® tees is that their garment-dyed finish can create subtle variations between individual shirts — making each one just a tiny bit unique.
📏 Sizing & Care
How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. You'll find measurements and fit information there to help you choose your perfect tee.
If you're between sizes or want a more oversized look, comparing the measurements with a favorite T-shirt you already own is usually the easiest way to decide.
How should I wash my shirt?
Your tee likes things simple: cold water, inside out, and low heat.
For full instructions, take a peek at our Care Instructions page. A little TLC will help keep both your tee and its print looking great for longer.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because our shirts are made to order, they need a little time to be printed before heading your way.
Production time and shipping time are separate, so please keep both in mind when placing an order — especially if you're buying a gift or ordering for a particular date.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $6.00, and orders of $75 or more ship FREE.
A perfectly reasonable excuse to adopt another tee. 😸
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your new tee on its journey home.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin processing made-to-order products quickly, the window for changes or cancellations can be very short.
If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. We can't guarantee that changes will be possible once production has started.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because our products are made especially for each order, our return and exchange policy is a little different from a traditional clothing store.
Please check our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy before ordering.
And please double-check the Size Guide — cats may have nine lives, but unfortunately we can't give every T-shirt nine sizes. 😸
What if my order arrives damaged or there's something wrong with it?
That's different — and we absolutely want to know.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the problem so we can help make things right.
🐾 Giving Back
Do you really donate 10% to help cats?
We do.
10% of our profits are dedicated to helping cats in need, including support for cat shelters and spay & neuter programs, with a particular focus on places where resources for stray and community cats are limited.

Why focus on spay and neuter programs?
Because preventing unwanted litters is one of the most effective and humane ways to improve life for stray and community cats over the long term.
It doesn't have the instant emotional appeal of rescuing one adorable kitten — but it can prevent generations of cats from being born into overcrowded, under-resourced environments.
That's something we think is worth supporting.

We're a small independent brand run by people who are perhaps slightly too obsessed with cats.
